Field Assistant Trainee

We are a home service and maintenance company looking for career oriented individuals to join our team of professionals. We are not a franchise. We are locally owned with a track record of quality service in the community.

Interested applicants must….

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Provide their own transportation to and from work.
  • Be able to lift heavy items.
  • Be able to climb ladders.
  • Be comfortable working at heights and able to navigate steep roofs.
  • Have some mechanical aptitude.
  • Be able to follow multi-step direction from Field Technician
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Be able to pass a drug test.
  • Be willing to submit to a background check.

Assistant is our entry level field position. There will be a period of on-the-job training. A Field Tech Assistant has the opportunity to advance to Technician.

Compensation: Field employees all start with an hourly rate based on skills brought to the job. After training is complete, Assistants may choose hourly or skill/task based pay.
