Field Technician Trainee

We are a home service and maintenance company looking for career-oriented individuals to join our team of professionals in Laurens, South Carolina. We are not a franchise. We are locally owned with a track record of quality service in the community.

Interested applicants must:

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Provide their own transportation to and from work.
• Be able to lift heavy items.
• Be able to climb ladders.
• Be comfortable working at heights and able to navigate steep roofs.
• Have some mechanical aptitude.
• Have the ability to communicate clearly with management, co-workers, and our clientele.
• Be able to give clear direction/instruction to a Field Assistant.
• Be able to pass a drug test.
• Be willing to submit to a background check.
• Have a desire to embark on a new career with generous earning potential.

Our entry level position for Technician is as an Apprentice on one of our service vehicles. There will be a period of on-the-job as well as classroom training. After initial training, trainee will be expected to test and pass examinations based on industry standards. During the process of completing our training programs, the entry level person (Apprentice) will work up through the ranks to “Technician.” Technicians are required to maintain industry certifications.

Compensation: Field employees all start with an hourly rate based on skills brought to the job. After training is complete, Technician trainees will move to skill/task based pay.
